Origine

Exercice de renforcement musculaire mis au point par les Légions Fyros. Il a l'avantage de faire travailler un grand nombre de muscles.

La théorie

Par Gozmoth, alors officier de la légion III des Légions Fyros.

"Pour une bonne Kamipompe, tout le corps doit être droit, c'est à dire qu'il ne doit pas y avoir de flexion au niveau des genoux, ni au niveau de la taille. Le corps doit descendre vers la bas jusqu'à ce qu'au moins un angle droit soit atteint au niveau des coudes. Après quoi il faut remonter le corps jusqu'à ce que les bras soient droits. Ceci est compté comme une Kamipompe. Ce principe de base s'applique (avec quelques petites modifications) à tous les styles de Kamipompes que vous aurez à faire.

  • Kamipompes sur la pointe des doigts : Au lieu d'utiliser la paume des deux mains, on ne touche le sol qu'avec la pointe des doigts (y compris la pointe du pouce).
  • Kamipompes sur une main : On n'utilise qu'un seul bras (et aussi toujours le même) durant toute la longueur de l'exercice. La main est apposée de façon plate.
  • Kamipompes sur un doigt : On n'utilise qu'un seul doigt d'une seule main. (ce ne doit pas être le pouce). Lors de ce record on n'a pas droit à des pauses de récupération; on compte le nombre de Kamipompes. Durant toute l'exercice il faut rester en position de 'un seul doigt' utilisé c'est à dire que durant toute la tentative, ce seul et unique doigt a le droit de toucher le sol. On n'a pas le droit d'utiliser de côté de l'index, car sinon d'autres parties de la main touchent le sol et rendent l'exercice non valable.

Toutes ces variantes se déclinent avec des sacs de sciure de différents calibres."
